The return and exchange policy described below applies to purchases made through Fifth Apparels website.

At Fifth Apparels, we want our customers to be satisfied and happy shopping with us. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return the item and request for an exchange to a different colour/size/design.

1. How to make a return?

1a. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging (in the individual clear plastic provided). All parts and accessories must be included. All items must be returned in original, unworn condition (accessories must be intact) within 7 days.

1b. Next, using a shipping method that allows tracking and re-delivery (e.g. DPex courier, Ta-Q-Bin courier or Singpost registered mail), send the return package to the following address:

- Item must be returned in original condition (cannot be worn/washed/ironed etc).
- Fifth Apparels will not be held responsible should the returned mail be lost in transit. Hence, it is recommended that you use registered mail or courier for your return so that you can monitor the delivery status of the item.
- All accessories and original parts must be included otherwise they will be pro-rated accordingly.
- You will be refunded the purchase amount for the item (at time of purchase). Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- You can expect a refund from Fifth Apparels within 7 days of our receipt of the returned item.
