"Fifth Apparels" and its logo belongs to Fifth Apparels. No use of these logos/branding may be made without the prior written authorization from Fifth Apparels, except as necessary to accurately identify the products or services of Fifth Apparels.

3. Promotions

Promotions and offers shall be governed by the rules regulating such event.

4. Products

All products displayed on Fifth Apparels are sold on a In Stock basis as stated accordingly.

While we have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our website. We cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on screen is accurate. The actual product might vary from its photographs shown due to different lightings captured by the photographer or variation with different computer graphic cards and displays.

Designs with prints, patterns, textures and floral might differ slightly from its photographs shown online when fabrics discontinue and are replaced by new, similar and seasonal fabrics.

Clothing measurements used are specified in the various product pages and shoe measurements are in EU shoe sizes. Clothing measurements are taken with item lying flat, except for chest and waist measurements which are taken around the specified area. There might be some slight difference (+/- 2 cm) from the measurements stated.

5. Inaccuracy Disclaimer

From time to time there may be information on Fifth Apparels website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, availability and other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
